To immerse yourself in Tilghman Island's healthy atmosphere, stop for lunch at Henri at Two If By Sea. Both catering and restaurant, this is one of the best surprises in the region. A simple kitchen, but in which you feel all the passion of the chef, and a warm room with hundreds of trinkets of all kinds. Henri is a collector. Crab cake, a speciality of the region, is particularly tasty here, but the desserts mostly come out of the ordinary.
