For over twenty years, this elegant neighborhood restaurant has been an excellent starting point for discovering Piedmont's gastronomy. From vitello tonnato to cheeses, tartare and agnolotti, everything is very good at very reasonable prices. In summer, a few tables are set up in the alleyway, while in winter you're welcomed in two small, quiet and carefully decorated rooms. Perfect welcome. An excellent address.

Ho mangiato e bevuto veramente bene. Piatti della tradizione eseguiti con maestria e accuratezza. Bravissimo lo chef. Il locale è carino anche se non eccezionale. Peccato per l'approccio "ligure" della titolare e di alcuni camerieri. Ti si rivolgono con quel fare un po' sprezzante ed arrogante che rovina l'atmosfera. Ti fanno sentire in continuazione come se stessi dando fastidio. Mi permetto di scriverlo perché ci sono stato tre volte in tre contesti sempre diversi e con compagnie sempre diverse. Ma la sensazione e sempre stata la stessa.
Peccato davvero, perché si mangia molto bene.
