ACDB - ALESSANDRIA CITTÀ DELLE BICICLETTE
Museum presenting one of the 3 points of the bicycle triangle in Piedmont.
History has it that the first bicycle arrived in Italy in 1867, thanks to a citizen of Alessandria, Carlo Michel, at the time president of the town's Chamber of Commerce. Based on this anecdote, the AcdB museum tells the story of the evolution of bicycles and the adventures of the great Italian cyclists. Together with Fausto Coppi's birthplace in Castellania and the Museo dei Campionissimi in Novi Ligure, it is one of the three points of the "bicycle triangle" in Piedmont.
