On a pretty square in the center of Asti, in the shadow of the San Martino church, this is an excellent osteria where local cuisine, tinged with flavors from neighboring Liguria, is here perhaps a little better than elsewhere. Among the dishes on the menu, tajarin with sausage sauce, fried anchovies, vitel tonné with tuna sauce and white bunet with Langhe hazelnuts are worth a detour, but everything is absolutely delicious. The dishes are beautifully presented and the wine list is extensive. Pleasant summer terrace.

Cenato un giovedì sera, ultimo tavolo libero, il personale è stato gentilissimo a spiegare i piatti e consigliare gli abbinamenti con dell'ottimo vino. Non ho mai amato il midollo ma quello mangiato da loro, gratinato, è semplicemente incredibile. Giulia inoltre ci ha dato dei suggerimenti preziosi per il nostro viaggio in Piemonte. Promossi a pieni voti.

Prima volta a cena, cena tra amiche, la piacevolezza di aver passato una serata qui sta nel fatto che si distinguono per la qualità dei piatti e la professionalità. Abbiamo cenato alla carte ma in futuro proveremo ì menu degustazione stagionali, di certo meritano. Grazie mille.
