Family farm dedicated to rice cultivation and cow breeding
A must in the cultural and agricultural landscape of Vercelli, this farm run by the Vercellone family has been dedicated to rice cultivation since 1833, and more recently to cow rearing. Upon reservation, you can visit the grounds and the farm to learn all the secrets of the artisan rice making process. The property is located in Desana Castle, which also hosts an agritourism, the Oryza restaurant and a shop for shopping (rice and other local products).
