MUSEO BORGOGNA
Museum gathering a collection of paintings and more than 800 works spread over 3 levels
This museum, founded by Antonio Borgogna, gathers a collection of exceptional paintings from the 15th to the 20th century, with more than 800 works arranged on three levels, in chronological order and divided according to the painting currents. It is one of the most important ensembles in Piedmont: Renaissance paintings of the Vercelli school, canvases by major artists including the Ghirlandaio (The Virgin and Saint John adoring the Child), Titian and Ludovico Carraci (Bacchus and Ariadne), but also French (Eustatius the Sweaty) and Flemish schools (Brueghel the Younger).
