One of the city's historic restaurants, Baracca offers typical Biella dishes in a simple, familiar setting, where yellow dominates. The dishes on offer change according to the day and the season, but certain classics are always on the menu, such as the risotto, which is a must, but also the bagna cauda, or the braised beef(brasato) cooked slowly in Barolo wine. A fine list of Piedmont wines, too. Service is a little slow, but the value for money is well worth the detour.

J'ai été super satisfait du rapport qualité-prix à la Baracca. Vraiment excellent. Adresse à retenir dans son carnet de bons plans à Beilla.
