At L'Hostellerie d'Alsace, he offers refined gourmet cuisine in a former coaching inn dating from 1910. L'Hostellerie d'Alsace remains one of the guardians of the region's culinary tradition, and all the better for it. It's also a two-star hotel with bright, functional and spacious rooms.
