LE MONT DE CERISY
At an altitude of 260 metres, this mountain is a great place to take a stroll, home to the remains of a castle surrounded by a splendid park.
Nicknamed the lighthouse of the Bocage, this forested massif culminates at over 260 metres and is one of the best viewpoints in the region. From the top of the tower of a former château built in 1895 (80 steps to climb), the 360-degree panorama over Calvados, La Manche and Orne is breathtaking. It's also an ideal spot for outdoor activities, with hiking trails, a tennis court, mini-golf and a picnic area. To make the show complete, you can admire the thousands of rhododendrons in bloom in May.
