This Bed and Breakfast of character is located inside the medieval village of Torrechiara and close to the castle, surrounded by ancient stone houses. It welcomes its guests in five fresh and pretty rooms, equipped with TV, wifi and air conditioning. Magnificent panorama of the surrounding countryside. At night, the structure is shrouded in silence. Gourmet breakfast, with freshly baked brioches and fresh fruit juice, to be enjoyed in the living room or on the terrace facing the château. A charming address.

Locanda del Borgo: accoglienza cortesissima, struttura incantevole all’ombra del castello di Torrechiara. Offre atmosfera da sogno, camere pulitissime, accoglienti e dotate di ogni comfort. Bagno ampio e funzionale, set asciugamani completo. Il letto è comodissimo, materasso consistente ma non troppo rigido, cuscini che ti fanno dormire su una nuvola. Set di cortesia di qualità e finalmente un phon degno di tale nome. Colazione con ampia scelta dolce/salato, curata anche nella mise en place veramente graziosa.
De kamer was degelijk en had alles wat je nodig hebt. De badkamer was ruim en de regendouche was heerlijk met goede afzuiging.
In de kamer was airco en een plafond ventilator aanwezig.
Het ontbijt was wat beperkt in keuze maar verder wel prima. Ook de verse parma producten waren hier weer aanwezig.
Je kunt alleen maar buiten het kasteel terrein parkeren op een plek waar helemaal geen toezicht is, je moet ook een stukje lopen met je bagage naar het hotel.
Er is geen lift aanwezig, voor ons geen probleem maar wel als je moeilijk te been zou zijn.
Het bed was echt onwijs hard helaas.
Er was ons helaas niet verteld dat er bij de ramen sluitbare vensters waren waardoor we alleen met een heel doorschemerend gordijn hebben geslapen.
We waren er op een maandag en helaas is op de maandag het kasteel gesloten. Dit wisten wij wel al van te voren maar handig om rekening mee te houden.
