Among the cake recipes are the unmissable Bussolà, Zaletti, Essi and Moretti! Buy in bulk or in bags/batches. You'll smell the scent of warm cookie in the air from the end of the street. Nougats, meringues, shortbread with jam among other delicacies that might tempt you.
