Wonderful stay on Venice Lido! I stayed 2 nights at La Meridiana in a gorgeous single room up in the tower. Freshly refurbished with a large bathroom, very comfortable bed and pillows and spotless cleaning. Great to have breakfast in the garden with the local birdsong, cold meats and cheese plus eggs and bacon and many sweet options. The position cannot be beat, internal near to the canal rather than on the main road routes meant for utter peacefulness and relax. Just 10 mins drive to Golf Venezia- a beautiful 18 hole course, definitely worth adding a extra night to your Venice plans to spend a day playing there. Last but absolutely not least, the staff at Hotel La Meridiana are so gentle and kind and genuinely interested in you and making your stay great. Thank you to Stella and her great team; I'll be back!

Un albergo vecchio stile perfettamente mantenuto, pulitissimo e molto curato. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Possibilità di noleggiare biciclette, perfette per muoversi al Lido. Assolutamente consigliato!

Very kind stuff. Looks they love where they work.
Breakfast on fresh air with voice of birds. Everything fresh and very tastefull.
Very good beds, so you will sleep as a child ????
Price, location, quality 5 of 5 stars.

Jeśli chcesz poczuć klimat albergo z początku XX w. to La Meridiana jest dla Ciebie. Hotel mieści się w zacisznej okolicy, otoczony innymi willami (warto odbyć krótki spacer aby po podziwiać niektóre z nich np: la Gemma, Villa Otello i oczywiście hotel Hungaria). Lido jest bardzo dobrze skomunikowane z pozostałymi wyspami laguny jak i miastem: vaporetto w stronę San Marco odpływa praktycznie co 10min (rada: jeśli chcesz odwiedzić Murano, Burano, Torcello to żeby ominąć tłumy warto o poranku wypłynąć liną 14 do Burano, potem 12 do Torcello i w drodze powrotnej Murano). Budynek przebudowany w secesyjnym stylu w roku 1930 wytrzymuje próbę czasu a swymi detalami (zegar słoneczny, obudowa windy) wręcz zachwyca. Pokoje ładnie wykończone (drewno, jakościowe tapety), wyposażone zgodnie ze standardem; łazienki w wysokim standardzie jak na zwykły pokój. Co do obsługi, to w słowach trudno wyrazić pochwały na jakie ci ludzie zasługują, dość powiedzieć że w każdym momencie naszego pobytu czuliśmy się jak u siebie (warto poinformować wcześniej o okazji jaka Cię do hotelu sprowadza, np: urodziny, rocznica ślubu). Także i z tego miejsca dziękuję obsłudze za opiekę i pomoc. Na koniec wspomnę tylko o jedzeniu: rezygnacja ze śniadań tutaj to duży błąd - kiedy rano budzi Cię zapach świeżo pieczonego ciasta to już na drugi dzień z pewnością dodasz tę opcję do rachunku. Wypiekane na miejscu cornetto i inne ciasta pozwolą rozpocząć dzień jak prawdziwy Włoch!

Das Hotel ist klassisch Venedig, Gebäude von 1840 mit ganz eigenem Charme, leider dadurch auch etwas unmodern was z.B. das Badezimmer betrifft. Wir wurden aber äußerst nett behandelt, auf eine kleine Beschwerde wurde sofort reagiert und es wurde ein Frühstück als Wiedergutmachung angeboten. Kleiner Tipp, Parkplatz ist nur nötig wenn man abgesperrt stehen will, ansonsten kann man an der Straße gut stehen ohne Kosten. Preis ist auch sehr gut für die Gegend und die Strandnähe unschlagbar

We stayed at this place for a week. It's a very good hotel, with style and history. The rooms are nice and very clean. There is a spacious yard where the breakfast is being served and where the guests can have a cold drink in the warm evenings.
The location is perfect, especially if you are in Venice for a vacation. It is a quiet place, away from the tourist madness and at the same time - in Venice. There is an easy access tо San Marco, Burrano, San Lazarro degli Armeni. And it is just next to the beaches.
We chose it for a special occasion and we made a good memory of our stay.
I highly recommend.
