This small, historic hotel, open all year round, has 30 rooms of various categories (classic with or without balcony, superior with or without terrace, family), very simply furnished, renovated in a modern style, very well kept and with all the necessary comforts. The hotel has the advantage of being central and quiet, just a 10-minute walk from the public beach and the pier for the main islands of Venice (10-minute vaporetto ride). The hotel has a restaurant and bar open to all. Pleasant, family-style welcome.

Personal sehr unfreundlich
Toiletten sind defekt bzw. außer Betrieb laut Aussage Bedienung.
Muss ich nicht erneut aufsuchen.
Wir werden nicht nochmal kommen.

Posizione perfetta, tra spiaggia del Lido, centro di Venezia e isole (tutto si raggiunge con il traghetto di fronte all'Hotel). Il personale è stato molto cortese. La camera era molto buona per una coppia con un figlio. Colazione buona con una cameriera molto gentile, in una saletta piacevole (in lontananza si può vedere piazza San Marco). Abbiamo viaggiato in maggio ed è stata una bellissima esperienza!

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ristrutturato recentemente, è molto accogliente e funzionale. Perfetto per soggiornare a Venezia senza concentrarsi nelle zone più turistiche. Vicinissimo all’imbarcadero per il Tronchetto e per la linea 1 che permette di visitare i luoghi più caratteristici di Venezia con un biglietto che dura 24 ore.

Had a great 4 night stay. Easy access to Venice via the boat terminal opposite. Lovely room overlooking the lagoon , nice continental breakfast and brilliant friendly staff . Also close to many bars and restaurants and 10 minutes to beach
