Located in a discreet courtyard, Ivo De Pellegrin's bakery opens only twice a week. Ivo is dedicated to bringing bread back to its fundamentals: high-quality organic flour, pure water, homemade sourdough, and hand-harvested Sicilian salt. We recommend ordering online before picking up during opening hours. You'll also have the chance to see the production laboratory through the store window and meet Ivo in person.
