Hotel located in front of the abbey of Novacella, in a bucolic setting of vineyards and apple trees
Situated opposite the Novacella Abbey, in a bucolic setting of vineyards and apple trees, Hotel du Pont takes its name from the nearby small wooden bridge, covered with a double-sloped roof, which crosses the Isarco River. Originally part of the religious complex, the building dates back to the 17th century and has been restored to a hotel structure. The restaurant offers excellent South Tyrolean cuisine and in the summer you can relax in the shady garden around the pool. The bar and the restaurant serve the good white wines produced by the abbey.

People are very accommodating to the point while we walked to hotel for breakfast the manager of this other building stopped her car rolled the window down to say good morning and how was our sleep!!!
Very clean as well.
