The restaurant was awarded a Michelin star by the famous chef Chris Oberhammer. Only five tables for 12 covers, nestled in the garden of the former Grand Hotel Dobbiaco. The family-inspired cuisine is as modern as the place itself. It relies on local products, flavors and colors of the region. The chef is always more inventive in the forms and combinations of flavors, each dish is a work of art and a delicious discovery. Reservation is required (a 50 € deposit will be asked to guarantee the coming).
