ARLESHEIM CATHEDRAL
This baroque church on its beautiful pedestrian plot is magnificent, surrounded by the houses of masters built by the Canons. Its facade with its majestic wooden door stands out with its two surmounted towers of copper domes greened by oxidation. Built at the end of the th century, restored and expanded in the th century, it is an inspiring example of the baroque constructions of the time. The interior is not, thanks to a ceiling painted by an allegory to the Virgin and the magnificent organ built by Silbermann in 1761 that attracts virtuoso from all over the world.
