The attractive restaurant of the Cantine Ascheri Hotel offers meals that are much more affordable than one of the rooms. In the vaulted room or under the pergola, you will be tempted by the daily specials marked on the slate or the menu that changes every week. The proposals follow the market's arrivals, for dishes of great freshness, although you will always find the essentials such as Bra sausage, gnocchi alla Castelmagno (tomato and basil) and a plate of local cheeses, all accompanied by a good wine.

Ottima cucina con piatti della tradizione piemontese, con menù che cambia ogni settimana. Ambiente confortevole. Servizio cortese ed impeccabile.

Si mangia benissimo e si spende il giusto. Difficile è prenotare e trovare un tavolo, ma è sempre una piacevolissima conferma. Consigliatissimo!
