Siamo stati ieri sera , con amici per un compleanno , sul borgo di Brisighella si sa e bellissimo , ma anche questo piccolo ristorante in una grotta e davvero bellissimo , abbiamo mangiato davvero molto molto bene , con una menzione particolare alle tagliatelle con cinta senese buonissime, e soprattutto mi è piaciuto il servizio gentile e familiare , che ormai sembra essersi perso. This is probably best described as a boutique restaurant that serves wholesome, seasonal food with ingredients sourced from the region.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The steak was exceptional. The lasagne made with a local blue-like cheese and pumpkin was noteworthy.

There are only about ten tables - it would be wise to make a reservation than expect a table by just turning up. There was also only one person serving the dining room when we were there. While it did not bother us, it might be worth noting that you are unlikely to have a quick meal or constant attention. Best to go with the flow and have a languid evening.
