The Acquacheta was a historic establishment and, in 1822, an inn where travellers and their horses could stop on their way through the Apennines. Today, the restaurant seduces its guests with its authentic cuisine that blends Romagna and Tuscan traditions. On the menu, fresh homemade pasta, porcini mushrooms and truffles in season, beautiful pieces of meat and game. Tasty cuisine and hearty portions. The house also offers rooms, very soberly furnished, but comfortable and equipped with TV and fridge.

Ho pranzato con mio figlio dopo un trekking. Abbiamo mangiato estremamente bene. Piatti fatti bene senza fronzoli con materie prime d'eccellenza.
