It is the restaurant of the hotel of the same name and a sure value for its authentic Friulian cuisine. The service is fast and the reception of the owner Maria Cristina is very pleasant. We recommend you try their polenta e frico, the house specialty for 40 years, and perhaps the most famous dish in Friuli. It is a cheese cooked in a frying pan with butter or bacon, served in its classic version with cheese and potatoes, and in a version invented by the owner, made with a soft cream of local mixed cheeses.

Un luogo classico e storico per mangiare un buon piatto di polenta e frico come si deve. Una sosta gradevole per chi deve attraversare la valle. Notevole anche il tortino ai funghi come antipasto. Locale con molti posti a sedere e defilato dal traffico della strada principale.

Bella posizione, tranquilla e immersa nel verde, fiume Tagliamento a pochi passi è l'unico "rumore" che si sente. Idoneo per chi non cerca mondanità. Hotel in linea con i prezzi, pulito e confortevole, accettano cani. Ristorante offre piatti tipici del Friuli alla carta, ma lo chef propone anche altri piatti gustosi. Personale educato e gentile, nell'insieme consigliato senza note negative. Esperienza da ripetere, anche in inverno.

Ristorante (con camere ma non utilizzate) piuttosto appartato e raggiungibile solo in macchina ma si mangia benissimo a costo accettabili. Possibilità di ordinare mezze porzioni per bambini. Caratteristica del locale il “frico”, piatto a base di formaggio.
