Opened in 2014 by Natalia Morari, the Propaganda Cafe is located in a charming old typical house in the centre of Chișinău. This café-restaurant with a pleasant terrace offers a vintage décor and a very original menu. The menu, which is varied and regularly updated, offers traditional Moldavian or Russian dishes, such as mămăligă or borș, revisited with a touch of modernism. Vegans are not forgotten. The menu offers a good selection of Moldavian wines. It is a trendy and popular address with a bohemian atmosphere.
