Located on the ground floor of the Grand Hall center, here is a rather trendy bar, where you start the evening with delicious hamburgers for 120 lei. The menu of the menu is seductive but rather intended for carnivores, with filet mignon, pepper steak or lamb stew. On the map the list of drinks and in particular cocktails is long. Afterwards we stay for the music, the live concerts from time to time, the cocktails and the good general atmosphere. The establishment serves breakfast and lunch at noon. Free wifi.
