In the city centre, 200 m north of the lake, this huge establishment is completely refurbished in a classic and elegant style. Despite its name, it does not serve Bulgarian specialities (Plovdiv is a city in Bulgaria). It serves excellent Moldovan and European cuisine (salads, soups, grilled meat and fish...). The presentation of the dishes is meticulous. The service is professional. The bar has a large covered terrace. The premises are frequently used for birthday parties and wedding banquets.
