After walking around the village, find this cute restaurant in the heights of Pyrgos that will make you enjoy a splendid view. It's chic, elegant, but unpretentious. The cuisine is simple: specialties of Santorini like fava or the delicious "Santorini Salad". Some good wines are offered as accompaniment, from local wineries. Very professional and welcoming staff. As a bonus, the manager speaks French. There are two terraces, one with an extraordinary view.
