This cooperative is Santorini's largest wine producer, with over a thousand members. The wines are quite uneven, and tastings are organized in an industrial fashion. However, they are held in a sumptuous setting: on a terrace on the edge of the caldera overlooking Athinios Bay. And a small part of the production is certified organic, with 3 superb single-varietal whites: athiri, aïdani and assyrtiko. Also on site: restaurant and store (wines, tomatoes, fava...).
