This tavern on the waterfront of Chios harbor is an institution... so much so that it is difficult to find a table there in the middle of the season. But don't be discouraged: come early or late, and try your luck several times if you have to. The tables on the terrace are filled with the happy company of friends and family who come to enjoy the authentic cuisine, which stands out from the other mediocre addresses on the promenade. You will taste the real Chiote cuisine, prepared with local ingredients.
