The departure is at the end on the right of the landing stage. Line 2 is the most popular (and often crowded): its buses shuttle all day between the port of Skiathos and most beaches to Koukounaries, serving 26 stops along the island's south coast until midnight. Buses are crowded but frequent, every 15 minutes in high season. And the other line, the less frequent 1, serves in 15 minutes the monastery of Evagelistrias and the beach of Xanemos between 7am and 7pm. Schedules are posted at the port stop.
