ERGON
We owe this idea to two brothers, Thomas and Georges Doutzis. The concept of the Ergon line: to promote the best local producers of a number of specialities and basic products of Greek cuisine. Created in Thessaloniki in 2008, it already has about ten grocery restaurants in Greece, including Skiathos. These grocery stores are full of olives, honey, jams, olive oils and other fetas. It is also an opportunity to discover a Greek concept that is being exported: abroad, five licenses have been opened in London, Brussels and Cyprus.
