Perfect location ned city center and beaches, but also scooter rentals. The hotel is located on a hill with great view and balconys.

Stavros is absolutely great as a host. Always there if you need him and we had 24h delay on our flight and he managed to move us to another apartment and took care of moving our bags to the new apartment so that we could enjoy our day. We called Stavros "man of possibilites".

Highly recommended!

Lovely truly spacious room/apartment. Great views. Excellent service (pick up from Port, room cleaning every day, always there to help). Great location and views. Quiet. Close to beach, bus stop 5, supermarkets. Well-appointed kitchen and facilities.. AC great, hot water could be quicker to flow upstairs :).
Slight hill - no problem if you have a car. Stayed 4 nights and would have stayed longer if it weren't booked out!

The owner helped us a lot with providing us pick up from the airport and with available room in very short term and very late, since water taxi Skiathos failed. Very friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Very nice stay for 5 days at Stavros’hotel. The owner is so nice and friendly !
My room had a wonderful view on the sea (as all rooms), it is quiet and thanks to the kitchenette you can prepare breakfast for yourself.
I highly recommand this place to visit the wonderful Skiathos !

Abbiamo prenotato all’ultimo e il gestore ci ha accolto calorosamente, con disponibilità e simpatia e con upgrade ????
Appartamento spaziosissimo, con vista stupenda, comodo, a due km a piedi dalla città, a 500m dalla fermata dell’autobus che percorre continuamente la strada principale, vicinissimo a noleggio scooter/quad e a mini market per piccole spese! Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo!
Forse il letto non troppo comodo ma va a gusti, ci tornerei sicuramente!

Meravigliosa collocazione che permette di godere di una vista meravigliosa dell'isola. La casa è composta da 2 camere da letto (letti matrimoniali) e nel salotto (che comunica con la cucina) è presente un divano letto matrimoniale . Nella camera al piano superiore è presente un piccolo bagnetto con una specie di vasca da bagno bassissima dove ci si lava in maniera molto scomoda; il bagno inferiore è all'esterno della camera da letto e presenta una doccia perfettamente funzionante. Punto forte della casa? Un terrazzo con tavolino e sedie, ma soprattutto con una vista mozzafiato. Lati negativi: non si può gettare la carta igienica nel wc (anche se credo sia così in tutta l'isola), il divano letto, se si è costretti ad occuparlo essendo in 6, è disagevole in quanto non si ha una camera propria. Per il resto ci siamo trovati bene, il proprietario ci è venuto a prendere all'aeroporto e ci ha accompagnati a casa. Nei dintorni sono presenti zone comuni dove rilassarsi e ,ad esempio, giocare a ping pong. È obbligatorio consumare nel bar della piscina comune per poterla usare.
P.S. La posizione è perfetta per muoversi nell'isola

Πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία, εξαιρετική θέα, και ο κύριος Σταύρος είναι θαυμάσιος...

Sehr schöne Anlage mit traumhaften Ausblick. Teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zu Fuß etwas schwer zu erreichen, steiler Aufstieg. Verwalter sehr nett, holt einen auch vom Flughafen ab.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία!! Μετά από την ταλαιπωρία που είχαμε ακύρωση στην πτήση μας ευτυχώς που βρήκαμε τον κύριο Σταύρο πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε όλα. Μας πήρε απο το αεροδρόμιο και μας πήρε και πίσω. Ένα βράδυ μείνανε εκεί αλλά όλα άψογα μας άφησε και μέχρι αργά το απόγευμα που ήταν η πτήση μας. Θα το σύστηνα με χίλια!!!
