The "Crest of the Hurricane" is a panoramic point of view that owes its name to the violent winds that hit it regularly. Panoramic view of the Olympic Mountains, Juan de Fuca Strait, and Vancouver Island (Canada) in clear weather. The road is open every day from May to October, winter, access varies according to climatic conditions. That says always take your precautions and cover yourself well once there. The premises go to cross-country skiing or snowshoes (you can rent the equipment on the ground). The rangers offer guided walks by about 1 hour 30. This is one of the most beautiful places on the Olympic Peninsula.

Hurricane Ridge
Zone très touristique mais qui vaut le coup d'oeil. On monte rapidement à des altitudes importantes. Les sommets enneigés (on passe souvent au dessus des nuages) et les prairies remplies de biches font le bonheur des enfants.
