OREGON CAVES NATIONAL MONUMENT

Located in the Siskiyou Mountains, Oregon Caves National Monument is a fascinating place to discover. Visitors can explore the dark, winding passages of these marble caves, created by millennia of acidic water seeping into the rock. Three guided tours are offered to enable visitors to discover the wonders of the "Marble Halls of Oregon". In addition to the caves, the monument also offers hiking trails for those who prefer to explore the surface. There's also a campsite with 17 pitches available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, there is a gift store where visitors can purchase books and gift items about the Oregon Caves. For children, there are art and other activities.
