Rdv manqué à cause d'un accident sur la route, réponse de la gérante : pas de remboursement et pas de nouveau rdv.
Conditions générales de vente inexistante sur son site internet, (elles ont été rajoutées en décembre 2024).
Augmenter un tarif sur un massage qui a eu lieu l'année précédente, ce n'est pas légal, tout ça pour diminuer l'avoir restant du bon cadeau.
J'attends le remboursement des 60 euros restant dans les plus brefs délais.
