This young couple offer homemade dishes made from seasonal produce, most of it local and organic. You'll enjoy salmon gravlax marinated in horseradish sauce, beautifully matured meats, hamburgers with a highly original composition and crisp, fine tarts flambées. As for desserts, the kougelhopf French toast-style with vanilla ice cream is a favorite.
