A legendary address! Chez Hansi, with its Alsatian fresco decor and kachelofen (wood-burning stove), serves local specialties. Winegrower's salad, tarts flambées, snails, sauerkraut, bäckaoffa, bibalakas... For dessert, try tarte flambée with apple or Vosges blueberries, iced kougelhopf or black forest. Here again, everything is local and well executed. Wash it all down with the region's crus or Alsatian spritz with raspberry liqueur for a good taste of this gastronomy.
