Friendly restaurant serving traditional charcuterie, a few dishes with a twist, and a menu featuring pigmeat
From the name of the restaurant and the pig's head at the entrance, you're bound to get an idea of what's on the menu! Here, we love the pig, or should I say, the immense range of possibilities offered by its meat. Of course, there's "cochonnaille", the traditional charcuterie, but there are also a few dishes that change things up a bit. Although the pig is not the only dish on the menu, it's the one that attracts the many regulars. Like us, they love the fact that this is a real winstub, friendly and on a human scale.

On a attendu devant 1 petit moment car il n'y a pas de réservation possible pendant le marché de Noël à Colmar.
Mais cela valait le coup d attendre patrons supers sympathiques cuisine extra bonne cuistos très bien aussi tout y est pour 1 bon resto qui ne peut recevoir qu environ 30 couverts par service mais franchement on y retournera et encore merci de nous avoir prit après la fin du service de 14h00 car ils ont enchaîné la journée d 1 traite.
