Bordered by a large terrace, this Alsatian brasserie combines unusual decor (with light fixtures in the shape of melon hats) with delicious local recipes. Papi Lucien's onion tart is a must, as are duck foie gras with Gewurztraminer, cocotte of veal tripe simmered in Riesling and Daniel's famous sauerkraut. If you're feeling peckish between 2 and 3:45 pm, Wistub Brenner offers a small à la carte menu featuring a winegrower's salad (thinly sliced cervelat and Comté cheese), presskopf with vinaigrette or a tourte de la Vallée.

Nous nous sommes régalés, les entrées, le vin et la choucroute délicieux. Et non je n’ai pas une tête à faire la vaisselle, c’est bien les toilettes que je cherchais ????
Accueil froid et hautain. Plat arriver froid, sans goût et en petite quantite. On eu l'impression de manger à la cantine alors qu'un plat coûte minimum 35 euros. Pourtant nous avons choisi ce restaurant dans le guide Michelin pensant nous faire un vrai bon repas gastronomique.
Je ne recommande pas de tout !
