Tout est dans la tradition et c'est donc une institution Colmarienne.
Very good value for money. A warm welcome, smiling and efficient. Very good tarte. The salad grandmother is a pure happiness. We have been eating very well, we will go back.
Deplorable service: cold, no smile oblivion of the aperitifs and a dessert on 2. Tarte flambée not cooked, pasty, frankly not good. 2 weights 2 measures between patrons and new guests, feeling pigeons good fill the desk drawer cash

L'accueil et le service sont de qualité avec une serveuse très sympathique.
J'avais choisi une bouchée à la reine accompagnée de spaetzles maison.
Les spaetzles étaient bon mais la bouchée à la reine était infâme :
Des lamelles de champignons de boîte flottaient dans un jus qui n'avait rien à voir avec une sauce préparée avec amour.
Notre serveuse a accepté ma remarque et l'a transmise au cuisinier qui dînait tranquillement sur une table voisine. Aucune excuse de sa part !
Je juge ce comportement inacceptable.
Les plats de mes amis étaient corrects sans atteindre la qualité attendue.
Bref, j'éviterai dorénavant cette winstub.
Dommage car j'aimais beaucoup l'atmosphère de cet endroit.
