Small restaurant proposing the Flammekueche in all its states.

The front of this restaurant attracts the eye, as does the well-decorated, if small, dining room. In a tasteful Alsatian decor, you come here for one thing only: the tarts flambées! They're just incredible at La Soï, and well worth the detour! Tarte flambée au Ribeaupierre (Alsatian tomme), tarte flambée ail-ciboulette or tarte flambée nappée de myrtilles (blueberry tarte flambée) are a real treat, and the establishment offers a whole range of variations! La Soï's emblem, the pig, is also the main theme of a fresco decorating the premises. You're sure to leave delighted!

Les meilleurs tartes flambées que nous avons pu manger. les conseils du patron qui adore son métier et ses produits sont judicieux et appréciables. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et nous y reviendrons. Attention il faut réserver...c’est tellement bon.

Ce fut un réel plaisir de faire découvrir la tartes flambée à nos amis Béarnais. Nous avons passé un moment très agréable dans ce petit restaurant. Quel bonheur pour nos papilles et notre porte monnaie.

Visité un midi à la mi-juin durant notre séjour en Alsace. Un accueil impeccable, très sympatique. Excellentes tartes flambées. Nous étions trois et nous avons pu partager nos 3 saveurs et enfiler une flam' dessert en extra.

Une des belles découvertes de notre semaine alsacienne.
