Restaurant offering a menu of original creations with new items offered regularly in Colmar.
Founded in 2010 by Philippe Cohen and David Berros, Yapan Sushi has to date 2 restaurants: 2 in Strasbourg and 1 in Colmar (the last born, opened mid-October 2014). Based on tradition, the map also builds on original creations with regularly proposed innovations: asparagus smoked salmon, pesto chicken (with pine and roquette), fresh 100% vegetarian (leak, cucumber, dried tomato, red onion, pumpkin) or kimchi lawyer, cucumber and coriander. Other associations are really audacious like special roll tuna foie gras and avocado. In addition to various varieties of temaki (sushis conical) and chirashi (raw fish slices on vinaigré rice), Yapan Sushi also offers various accompaniments: salad of cabbage, algae or edamame, miso soup, nature rice or vinaigré. The desserts are also offered in maki version in the Nutella associated with strawberry, mango or banana for the most delicious! Little novelty of the year the hot dishes from Yakitori, a delight. Don't hesitate to try the rolls, delicious and mellow lawyers!
