Nowhere else in Colmar can you find udon or soba noodle specialities to be enjoyed at lunchtime. These traditional dishes with meat, tempura, vegetables and broth are the favorite dishes of the Japanese. In the evening, choose from the impressive sushi boats carefully prepared by the chef with exceptional know-how. Don't hesitate to be tempted by dishes such as agemonos (fried preparations), chirashis (sashimi and vinegar rice), donmonos (hot marinated rice dishes), udon or soba (Japanese noodles), gyozas (meat ravioli) or nattos (a kind of fermented soybean pasta) seasoned in different ways.
