This restaurant is simply a reference to Colmar in Japanese gastronomy. Prices may be a little high but quality is always at the meeting:) I always have an excellent time.

This restaurant was once best Japanese in the Haut-Rhin (but also one of only!). Today you should not tolerate longer the extreme slow service (the owner does it even without any assistance) and especially the excessive prices. The quality of the food is not bad at all but does not justify current rates at my taste. The dish also lack originality. The quantities are blow " japonaise" , not very generous. It is certainly a little craft atmosphere by contrast with the largest restaurant, but the restaurant pay this charm too expensive. Recommended for those who are not hungry, with good application very entertaining on their smartphone and one minutes. 40 to lose (per person!).

The best Japanese table, its authenticity and incomparable freshness widely suffer the comparison with the best Japanese restaurants in Paris. Not only the cuisine " habituelle" there is a sublime - head sashimi and tempura - but also discover other traditional Japanese dishes such as natto, old dofu (tofu chips), soba/udon and unagi sushi or for comfortable budgets, Sukiyaki fondue just delicious...
Only element to the exceptional quality of the cuisine: the decor could be refreshed.
