Small restaurant offering real Roman pizzas.
Opened at the end of 2017, this small restaurant in the city centre of Colmar, offers famous "al taglia" pizzas (by the cup). This concept, unique to Colmar, allows you to taste real Roman pizzas. The ingredients are for some imported directly from Italy, offer an exceptional taste quality. If you don't know the concept "à la coupe", don't panic, we'll explain it to you. Indeed, the welcome is very pleasant, we detail what is on each slice of pizza, because yes the concept of slice allows you to taste several recipes, and to eat there to your satisfaction. The children will take part, while adults are advised to take 2 or even 3 for the gourmands! The restaurant offers typical Italian recipes, such as gorgonzola pizza and spinach sprouts, calabrian pizza with spicy salami and broccoli, or classics such as Napoletana with anchovies and red onions, or queen with thinly sliced Italian ham. You can choose to eat on site in a soft and pleasant setting or take your shares home. The restaurant also offers a beautiful list of Italian wines, and superb traditional desserts, such as Sicilian cannolo, a pastry in the shape of a tube with a puff pastry and crispy filling filled with sweet and lemony ricotta-based cream. You can also enjoy the classic tiramisu or panna cotta. An address to be tested urgently!
