A must to taste Italian cuisine in Colmar.

A Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, but also a caterer and delicatessen, l'Atelier des Saveurs invites you to the dolce vita in the heart of the Little Venice of Alsace. You can sit down to savor bruschettas and various slices of pizza, a haddock fillet with lemon sauce, creamy vitello tonnato, a lacy beef carpaccio or a veal/tomato/eggplant/mozzarella mille-feuille... As for the delicatessen, there is a great choice of antipasti, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh pasta, ready-made dishes, condiments and very good wines. Not to mention the tiramisu, delicious.

Arrivez un peu tard d Europa Park, nous cherchions un endroit où se restaurer après 22h30.Le restaurant/traiteur était ouvert et servait encore ,de plus l accueil était très chaleureux et le personnel super sympa.
La qualité des produits super , c'était un régal ,Bruschetta ,pizza Burrata,assiette de charcuterie et anti-pasti...
Un délice ,l accueil au top ..que dire de plus..
