Here, in the heart of Colmar, is the best Ottoman restaurant in Alsace. Madeleine Desmoulis, a true Alsatian who fell in love with Turkey, fulfilled her dream by creating this restaurant in 1978. In 2003, she retired, handing over the keys to ANADOLU to Talat Gurbuz, who was her waiter for seven years, and has continued in the same vein ever since!

But the secret of ANADOLU's excellence is the meats, mainly lamb, on the grill. The choice is vast, the quality uniform, the cooking tender and the quality of the meats offered perfectly tender: impeccable doner kebab, tasty and juicy shish kebab, stunning "bag" containing exquisite spicy meats and soft spicy köfte, all very well done.
