Their dishes, made from local and, of course, organic produce, can be enjoyed in a cosy, friendly setting with sleek wooden furniture. It's one of the few places in Colmar to offer vegan-friendly cuisine. Cuit lu Cru aims to reconcile "the Good, the Beautiful and the Good".
