Healthy, creative cuisine by Grégoire Sanchez in a restaurant with terrace, now relocated for even greater pleasure.

For the past 13 years, gourmets and gourmands in Colmar and beyond have known l'Arpège for its inspired, tasty cuisine based on organic, local and seasonal produce. Space was at a premium... That's why the new Arpège has moved, giving us a new space within the walls of the former Le Colmar restaurant. Close to the cathedral, the terrace in the inner courtyard is sumptuous, but the seats are highly coveted. On the menu, you'll still find suggestions renewed daily, with a menu focused on just a few dishes.

Restaurant situé au cœur du centre ville de Colmar. Les plats proposés tranchent avec ceux proposés par les restaurateurs voisins, ici point de choucroutes mais des expériences culinaires heureuses à prix doux dans un cadre convivial.

Cuisine excellente. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Service au top avec le chef et son beau frère au service. Restaurant digne d'une cuisine gastronomique. Mériterait une étoile.

Quand nous venons sur Colmar, c'est une adresse incontournable tant pour la qualité des plats que par le sérieux des gérants. Rien n'est laissé au hasard. Cuisine raffinée et savoureuse, cadre sympathique, propreté irréprochable, service très professionnel et agréable. C'est vraiment un bon moment lorsque l'on savoure un repas à cette adresse.

Quelques tables à l'intérieur et quelques tables dans un petit jardin agréable font de ce restaurant un endroit calme pour déguster de délicieux produits frais et bio du jour. Une carte courte est gage des bons restaurants, surtout quand elle se renouvelle au gré des saisons et des produits du marché! Un patron serviable et souriant et qui a concocté un plat sur mesure pour l'enfant de 3 ans qui était avec nous :) Chapeau!
