A restaurant where you can discover fine meats matured with excellent vintages or the cocktail of the moment in Colmar.
This rather confidential address is a real bargain for meat lovers and late-night diners (until 2am on Friday and Saturday!) Formerly second-in-command at the Michelin-starred Guy Savoy restaurant at La Monnaie de Paris, chef Pierre-Jean Mermet does a marvellous job of preparing the fine, mature meats for which Le Cerf Noir is renowned. His Jack Daniel's Ribs burger and the seasonally adapted perfect egg, followed by scallop risotto or cordon bleu with mushroom cream, are also highly acclaimed. All served with excellent wines from Alsace and beyond!

Le restaurant est accessible facilement et le service est soigné.
Et bien là c'est top ! L'ambiance et la déco sympa sont bien servies par un personnel pro.
Les cuisiniers dans leur aquarium s'affairent pour notre plus grand plaisir...
Il est difficile de quitter l'endroit et donc on s'attardera encore pour déguster quelques ???? cocktails... Voire plus jusqu'au matin...
