Born from a long line of Alsatian bakers, Bruno Minck discovered the secrets of authentic bagels during a stay in New York. Upon his return, he decided to create an original concept entirely dedicated to these funny little breads from a hole. Air Bagels was born first in Schiltigheim in 2011, then in Strasbourg and, finally, in Colmar in October 2017. This sandwiches not like others play the 60 ' s map with a vintage decay inspired by the era of aeronautics: Furniture featuring elements of planes, seasoned pine-up pins, waitresses dressed in air hostesses and servers dressed like stewards… It's fun, fun in devil, and above all it puts appetite! Here, bagels are both fluffy and crispy, generously adorned with cream cheese and pastrami, fresh tomato, smoked salmon, cucumber, onion, salad, bacon, chicken, carrot and other ingredients coming into their composition depending on whether they are stamped New York, Paris, Rome, Copenhagen, London, Berlin… In December, lovers of the genus can even enjoy a bagel with foie gras and figment, pure delight… As Air Bagels' slogan says: Here you are invited to get your papillae off!
