Various pasta-based menus for a dinner or lunch on the go in a Colmar address.
At the end of the Grand-Rue near Little Venice, NOOI's colmarian address makes it happy for pasta lovers wanting lunch or dinner on the thumb. The concept is simple: you choose your pasta (classic, gnocchis, stuffed or Japanese utensils), your sauce, the weight of your cup (among 3 sizes), two additional ingredients (sesame, onions, origan, olives…) and the tower is played! In addition to traditional sauces (bolognaise, cheese, pesto, etc.), there are various seasonal preparations without borders (Moroccan, Brazilian, Saté…). A full menu of sweets (donuts, cookies, brownies…) and non-alcoholic drinks complete the range! High school students love NOOI and often queue at noon. So if you move into a group, difficult to taste your pasta on site: the room is very small and can accommodate only about ten people at a time.
